About us
We’re a team of transport nerds, entrepreneurs and developers with a common obsession about improving journey times and travel experiences. We were the first to automatically detect travel mode with smartphones, the first to automatically carbon footprint a persons mobility choices, and we’ve since welcomed entrants including Apple, Google, MIT and more recently Facebook. TravelAi mode detection solution is comparable to the output from GoogleMaps's "YourTimeline" feature.
Along the way we've collected some +50 patent citations, trademarks and copyrights - but we've always been mindful of the need to decarbonise transport and accelerate the race to NetZero.

Vision
A future where data about citizens travel behaviour doesn't just come from a tiny sample of a few thousand volunteers, or from the involuntary data that cellular networks harvest from mobile users as we move around. Instead a rich, user consented data capture universe to help make transport systems better instead of location based advertising and other such low value services that compromise people's privacy.
